Scope of Work

Compensation

• Commission Rate: The Developer will receive a 20% commission from the revenue generated as a result of their services on a montly basis, to include the base payment rate.
• Milestone Payments: Payments will be released based on the achievement of key milestones. The specific milestones and their respective payments will be outlined in an addendum to this agreement.
