The Roots REIT portfolio includes a mix of single-family and multi-family residential rental properties. What sets Roots apart is our unique “Live In It Like You Own It”® model — residents who pay rent on time, maintain the property, and are good neighbors — get invested in the fund. Anyone can invest with Roots for as little as $100. Withdrawals made within the first year incur a 6% early withdrawal fee, but after one year, there are no fees, and investors can access quarterly liquidity up to $100,000, subject to certain conditions and limitations highlighted in the Roots Offering Circular. Investors also receive quarterly distributions with the option to reinvest or cash out their earnings. Invest before November 30th to qualify for this quarter’s distribution.
